How I became to be an NLP Coach

In 2002 I decided that my hard earned legal qualifications resulting in a position with one of the top five blue chip companies was no longer for me. What was for me? Became a question I spent the next few years pondering in between getting married, moving to Chicago, then Madrid and returning to the UK to raise my sons.

During this time I had the pleasure of meeting some fantastic people, some very successful both in their personal lives and in their chosen careers. I became interested in learning what makes some people more successful and happier than others? What actually motivates us to achieve anything? How can we overcome, improve, change and develop so that we have, do or go and get what we want out of life? How can we learn the necessary skills to lead our ideal lives? What tools and techniques are there available? These questions of course lead me to read quite a few self help books all of which left me with a strong desire to learn more and pass on the best of what I learnt and practiced to others. With this purpose in mind I completed with distinction an Advanced Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching and become a Certified Practitioner of the Art and Science of Neuro Linguist Programming.

My passion for helping others unlock and fulfil their potential has become not just a job but my true purpose in life. It's provided me with a sense of contentment and joy that I believe only comes to us when were truly doing what we love to do. The best part of being a coach is helping others to do the same this not only benefits the individual but those around them.
