Weight Loss: Perhaps you have a big occasion coming up and want to lose weight but don’t know how to do it and are lacking the motivation. First, you will decide how much weight you want to lose and then we will decide a realistic time frame so that we have a goal to work towards (for example, you may want to lose a stone in two months so your aim would be to lose just under two pounds per week). Once we have a goal and reasonable time frame, we can explore the different habits you can pick up so that your goal is attainable. This may be keeping a food diary so that I can see what you are eating, getting a gym membership or cutting out treats during the week and only eating them once at the weekend. Life coaching motivates you so that you can become healthy, happy and confident.
Addiction Recovery: Addictions come in many forms including sugar, smoking, alcohol and drugs. Finding the root of the addiction is important and we can discuss this in more detail in your initial consolation. As your life coach, we will discuss the psychological and emotional issues that may have been the initial start to your addiction. Regular one-to-one discussions will introduce new recovery techniques and will help you develop the skills you need to improve your everyday life.
Depression: I have been able to help every single client that suffers with depression either through life coaching, hypnotherapy or a combination of both. It is important to note that I am not a doctor or psychiatrist and because there are many forms and levels of depression, you may also need to seek medical assistance.
