It has been proven many times over that coaching works. I have managed to coach many successful clients over the years to help them achieve their ambitions and goals. Life coaching can help rebuild your confidence. Don’t let a lack of confidence hold you back from reaching your full potential in life. In our sessions, we will explore what confidence means to you. We will discuss how we can rebuild it at YOUR pace.

To help you become more confident, we will work on your assertiveness. Sometimes it is hard to stand up for yourself or to say no. This can often be when you want to avoid conflict or you feel uneasy. Assertive behaviour also includes the ability to not hold yourself back. Additionally, being confident enough to grasp opportunities (either personal or professional). Life coaching can help you to become a more confident individual. It can make you feel comfortable changing your mind. It also has the ability to stand up for your beliefs and express your thoughts openly.

Along with assertiveness, I can train you to be less self-conscious and more self-confident. I can help you with areas such as public speaking and presentations at work. We will explore ways to rebuild your confidence and eliminate anxiety and fear.

Having the best possible mental and physical health will help you to perform better in all areas of your life. We will explore ways to improve your health. We will also set realistic goals within a time frame that YOU decide.

Weight Loss: Perhaps you have a big occasion coming up and want to lose weight. However, you don’t know how to do it and are lacking the motivation. First, you will decide exactly how much weight you want to lose. We will then decide a realistic time frame so that you have a goal to work towards. For example, you may want to lose a stone in two months so your aim would be to lose just under two pounds per week. Once we have a goal and reasonable time frame, we can explore the different habits you can pick up. This will make your goal attainable. Actions such as keeping a food diary so that we can keep track of what you’re eating are beneficial. Getting a gym membership will also motivate you. Additionally, you could cut out treats during the week and only eat them once at the weekend. All of these things – no matter how big or small – will help you work towards achieving your goal.

Addiction Recovery: Addictions come in many forms including sugar, smoking, alcohol and drugs. Finding the root of the addiction is important. We can discuss this in more detail during your initial consolation. As your life coach, we will discuss the psychological and emotional issues that may have been the initial start to your addiction. Regular one-to-one discussions will introduce new recovery techniques and will help you develop the skills you need to improve your daily life.

Depression: I have been able to help every single client that suffers with depression either through life coaching, Hypnotherapy or a combination of both. It is important to note that I am not a doctor or psychiatrist. Because there are many forms and levels of depression, you may also need to seek medical assistance.

Additionally, it is advantageous if you are apprehensive to make a life changing decision. With my guidance, you can overcome hurdles in your career so that you release your true potential.

It is easy to get stuck in a job that you no longer enjoy. But, with bills to pay it is often difficult to resign without having another job lined up. As your life coach, I can help you look at all possible options so that YOU can decide what direction you want your future to go in.

As your life coach, I can help you find out what you want out of a relationship. Perhaps more importantly, we will work out who you need in your life. This includes romantic relationships, family relations, work colleagues and friendships. Sometimes you can face challenges in relationships. I will help you to master your emotions so that you can get through difficult times. You can then live a fulfilled and happy life surrounded by those you care about and who care about you.

After helping you identify toxic relationships (and contrary to that, acknowledge the good ones), we can explore ways to let that person go or work through things. Let’s say for example you really have to spend time with a family member who you just don’t get on with. You could do something less interactive such as going to the cinema with them. I want you to know what you want out of your personal relationships. We will delve into your true desires (such as finding a deeper connection with someone, sorting out romantic troubles or getting on better with a family member). I can then guide you in the right direction so that you can get the most out of each relationship.
